Course Description

Formerly known as IPCC Bootcamp, this 10 day course is intended for personnel who will implement, configure and support the Cisco IPCC Product. The course covers ICM, CIPT, IPCC, and CRS (IP-IVR).

Target Audience

This course is designed for Product Deployment Engineers, Application Consultants, TAC Engineers and other individuals responsible for:
- Implementing and configuring the IPCC Solution Suite
- Supporting the IPCC Solution Suite
- Installing the IPCC Solution Suite or Product Components


Prerequisites

This course does not require any prior ICM nor CallManager/AVVID training but it is highly recommended that the student have experience with and understanding of traditional contact centre and TDM PBX/ACD concepts.
