The course content explains the architecture of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0 and shows migration strategies and important considerations, when upgrading to Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0.

 

For CiscoUnified CallManager 4.x and for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.x the upgrade path is described from planning the migration until the finalization, after upgrading to Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0.

Finally the new administration interface and the new Cisco Unified Communications Manager features, like Intercom or programmable Line Buttons are explained.
